ABOUT PAYMENTS• Payments can be made in full at the beginning of the project or 50% at the beginning and the remaining when finished.• Payments must be made via PayPal or VGen.• Once paid and the project has started, the refund will be in accordance with the commission's progress. Only place the order if you are sure.• If the customer wants commercial use, an additional non-negotiable fee of 100% of the final value will be added.• Urgent deadlines require an additional 100% of the final value, non-negotiable.
ABOUT PROCESSES AND DEADLINES• After confirming the order, reference images will be necessary to continue the project.• I will always keep you updated on the milestones of your commission, but feel free to ask about the progress.• You can request basic changes, however this should not drastically increase the amount of work anticipated, if this happens I will request an additional amount depending on the progress of the commission and/or complexity of the changes.• Once completed, I will send a copy for your approval, the final file will be sent after the commission has been fully paid.• If the client does not communicate for a long time, I will skip the turn and remove them from the waiting list.
